PrintHonor templates are free to print and distribute in classroom and school settings. You can personalize the recipient name, message, date, and signature line; you can print as many copies as your school requires; and you can hand them out at any school event without attribution. We ask only that you do not repackage and resell the templates as your own product, redistribute them as part of a paid bundle, or claim authorship of the underlying designs.

Permitted uses

• Printing and distributing certificates to students, teachers, parents, and school community members
• Personalizing templates with student names, dates, and short messages
• Including printed certificates in school yearbooks, awards ceremonies, and end-of-year packets
• Linking to PrintHonor pages from school newsletters, parent emails, and staff resource lists

Not permitted

• Selling the templates as part of a paid product, bundle, or subscription
• Reposting the templates on other websites without a clear link back to PrintHonor
• Removing the PrintHonor brand and presenting the templates as your own design work
